Introduce F2-9 drilling machine

A machine specially designed for the cabinet, the two main spindles are used for cutting and slotting respectively, and the middle drill bank has nine drill bits, which has a fast reaming speed. Nine drills have a fast punching speed, and two close holes can be done at one time. (Suitable for parts of three in one, two in one, wood chip hole, etc, and no need to change the tools).

	1. Structure Welding The steel plates used on the bed are purchased by ourselves  and welded by professional technicians. And the thickness of  each steel plate is analyzed by data.If the thick part of the steel plate is thin, the thin place is thick, the upper and lower sides will not be unstable, and the process will be uncoordinated. This will cause shaking during production, and the shaking  will definitely affect the accuracy.  Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the machine,  we have a high standard welding process.
2. Machine frame Milling All machine frames from Philicam are processed by 5 axis machining center,which makes sure all the installation  surface are 100% flat and each screw holes are exactly  same diameter and same distance between each other. All our products, from the most economical models to the most complicated ones are precision engineered to ensure  the high standard expected from a company like Philicam.
	3. The Pop-up pins The pop-up pins are equipped with aluminum slots along Y  axis,when the machine used the pushing function the slots will rise up as a tank on the table surface so that the positioning  surface is big enough to stop smalls pieces falling off the  machine.All pop-up pins are installed with adjustable air pipe connectors,so all cylinders rise up or fall down at same time,  this design wont break the cylinders due to over air pressure  and non-working because of short of air pressure.
4. Spindle  We adopt double China brand 6.0kw air cooled spindle  with 7.5 kw double bag dust collect system, bigger  diameter and better quality dust pipe ensure perfect dust  collections system.  There are China brand 5+4 drills between two spindle,  professional for the drilling hole.
